These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Kisan City platform, including browsing, account registration, product discovery, ordering, payments, delivery coordination and customer support.
By using Kisan City, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the platform.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
- You must be legally capable of entering into a binding arrangement under applicable law to use the platform.
- If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, farm, partnership or organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that entity.
- Your continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete account, contact, billing and delivery information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account.
- We may suspend, restrict or terminate accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, misleading, inactive for operational reasons or in violation of these terms.
3. Products and Product Information
Kisan City offers agricultural inputs, animal husbandry products, farm tools and selected grocery or food products. Product descriptions, images, pack sizes, availability, pricing and specifications may change without notice.
Product information provided on the platform is for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a guaranteed outcome, crop advisory, veterinary prescription or medical advice. Users should independently verify suitability, usage instructions and legal restrictions before purchase or use.
4. Pricing, Payments and Order Acceptance
- All prices, offers and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
- An order confirmation does not always mean final acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, restricted delivery zones, regulatory issues or other operational reasons.
- Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment partners. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize the applicable charge for accepted orders.
5. Shipping and Delivery

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Returns, replacements, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Certain agricultural and consumable products may be non-returnable for safety, quality, shelf-life or regulatory reasons, especially once opened, used or unsealed.
7. Prohibited Uses
- Using the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful or misleading activity.
- Attempting to interfere with platform security, source code, performance, access controls or other users' accounts.
- Copying, scraping, reproducing, republishing or commercially exploiting content, pricing, product data or design elements without authorization.
- Placing fake orders, manipulating reviews, misusing offers or making claims in bad faith.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding elements, content, logos, design assets, text, graphics, software, layout and platform materials made available by Kisan City are owned by or licensed to us. No right, title or license is granted except as necessary for ordinary personal use of the platform.
9. Third-Party Products and Links
The platform may include products from third-party manufacturers, sellers or service providers and may also contain references or links to third-party services. Kisan City is not responsible for third-party websites, policies, warranties or independent representations unless expressly stated by us in writing.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kisan City shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses, including loss of crop, yield, profit, revenue, goodwill, livestock performance, business interruption or data. Our liability in relation to any order or claim shall be limited to the amount actually paid for the relevant product or service, except where a different limit is required by applicable law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kisan City, its affiliates, employees, service providers and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of your misuse of the platform, breach of these terms, violation of law or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in India. Subject to applicable consumer rights and mandatory legal protections, disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hisar, Haryana.
